Talent isn't the issue. The question is how will our team, both players and coaches, respond to an actual 'big-boy' schedule. We were able to simply out-talent ALOT of our schedule last year and the losses clearly came from the teams that we couldn't do that - let's see how that works for us this year.

I don’t disagree with that assessment, but I would add that last year we were dealing with inexperience at QB, which hurt us in our 2 early “big boy” games last year. They persevered and won the title, and we shall see if they are ready for the next step. I personally feel like we are either going to shock the world or severely underperform. Really hope it’s not the latter.

Isn't it nice to be part of a the conversation in a power 5 conference! We haven't been part of a conversation in a power conference since ht DP. Those of us old enough can feel that old warm feeling of belonging to something we should have always had.

I'm thinking "out talenting" involves overcoming 4th and short turnovers inside our 50.
May the forth be with us.
