Meh...not sure what our position is but sure it has been well thought-out. Unfortunately (or fortunately), since TCU is a private institution, I doubt we will ever hear their/our side of the argument.

Just grinding. Pitt and Syr hauling [Craig James] after we signed up is worth a discount. My guess is we will give them a couple Mil and call it even. Everybody wins. The BE gets a little cash to offset the legal fees for the Pitt lawsuit and the conference teams don't have to witness us dominating the league. :wink:

TCU's best legal theory seems to be: it is the big east, they always lose in court!
