No marque match-ups. I don't blame them.

Well that's why they sold some of the AAC games for next year to CBS Sports Net. They think the games aren't worth much and really only wanted to [deleted] block NBC.

Too bad NBC Sports low balled the league and allowed ESPN to keep them on the cheap. :(

instead of Thursday and Saturday prime slots its 11am on ESPNews or Barbasol Sports Net.

Wouldn't winning get us a better time?

Heck yes, or at least play like a real FBS team and make it interesting not a comedy fest

I guess since you put it like that.

The logistics for family Wekend will be a nightmare. At least 40 or 50 will show up at the stadium for the kickoff. However, this will be the once in a lifetime that Rutgers plays SMU. You will never see that again

You are probably right in that it might be the first and the last time we play Rutgers in football.

At Ford Stadium? Yes, this is likely a one-time event. However, we could see them in a bowl game in the future.

I thought the newly negotiated TV deal starts next year and that this year's scheduling is the remanents of the last TV deal. Is that not correct?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
