We can do this, Go Mustangs!!!

Without getting two games ahead of myself, when was SMU's last team national championship? Wasn't it the men's track team in the mid 80's?

Absolutely, we can do this. Not to go all coach-speak on everyone, but let's not even think about the national title yet.

FEAR THE MUSTANG!

Anyone know of a bar/restaurant in town that has the channel, and will be showing the game?

maryland is another tough acc club, but a team SMU can beat. I feel the key is that SMU is playing way better than they had been. maryland has been here before, but they are beatable. They have some size, but if the boys can keep up the speed and play d like they did against unc, maryland will go DOWN! We have to play them like duke did during the acc tourny.

Hooray to David, Duke, Scott, Mynor, Bruno, Daniel, Jay, Dario, Michael, Chase, Paulo, and Matt. See you boys Sunday!!!

Go Ponies!!

According to the NCAA website, men's track has 3 national championships. Indoor in 1983 and Outdoor in 1986 and 1989. The only other team sport championship is men's golf in 1954.

Will be tuning on Friday at work, go get 'em Ponies!!

We won Women's Golf in the 70's but that was before the NCAA sanctioned it.
