SMU men shoot great round to win the tournament today. Three players shoot under par in final round to lead the team to the championship. More to come later.

Wrong board. And a bit of advice--make sure you stick with men's golf. SMU wonen's golf is a taboo subject around these parts.

Only if you make derogatory or snide remarks about them is it taboo......they are a good group of student-athletes and represent the university well....okay to say "hot" but to take it further is not needed..........off my rant now...........

CONGRATULATIONS! AWESOME! And special kudos to Will Dodson!

from the DMN: Golf team captures C-USA championship

SMU rallied from a four-shot deficit to win the Conference USA men's golf championship at West Point, Miss. The Mustangs shot a final round 12-under par 276 to earn an automatic NCAA regional bid. SMU has won three straight conference finals, winning its last two titles as a member of the WAC.

Will Dodson won the individual title with a final-round 65. He shot a 13-under 203 for the tournament, the best overall score in C-USA tournament history.

...that will remain a mystery, PP, and just because a post is removed does not deem it as inappropriate. Numerous folks made a TON of innaccurate assumptions about a couple of incredibly harmless posts, sort of political correctness and paranioa spinning out of orbit. Long Live Mary Beth Murphy.
