New Mexico this weekend at altitude

Postby EastStang » Fri Sep 15, 2006 1:55 pm

Will the altitude hurt the men's soccer team in playing a very strong New Mexico team? We now have a big bullseye on us, so we have to come out even tougher each game. Good luck in the TLC Plumbing tournament.

The No. 1 bulls-eye will hurt more than the altitude, as the Ponies have great depth this year. Coach Hyndman can shuttle a lot of talented players in and out.

Altitude in the area where the game is played is about the same as Denver. Not a big deal for well trained athletes.
