SMU Senior Golfer Colt Knost was a Monday qualifier for the Byron Nelson. He shot 74 Thursday.

Today, he shot 64 and that was with a bogey on the last hole. He makes the cut by three shots and will play the weekend.

64 is the lowest round of anybody over the first two rounds. It is likely that it's the low round of any amatuer in PGA tour history.

It was fun to follow him today. He made a really stupid shot on #11 which ruined his momentum and didnt recover from there.

What is amazing is he had to pre-qualify, then qualify and then make the cut.
