I was referring to pre-LOI revocation. I don't disagree that it would be improper after the parties have signed their LOI.
Our mens basketball coach has reneged after signed LOIs 3 times. It doesnt seem to bother the administration.

At least two of the MBB letters were rescinded after the players failed to qualify academically — hardly a matter of the coaches pulling them.
