New Golf Coach

The DMN is reporting we have a new Men's Golf coach replacing Loar Hope so since we were disappointing in the CUSA tournament and let Texas sneak past us at the regionals. He is an SMU Alumni, anyone know him?

Not personally, but he won 2 consecutive National Championships at Augusta State for the first time since Houston did it in the 80's. And he did it by beating the big boys of golf. The golf team at Augusta State is the only athletic team they have competing in Div 1.

We got some good pub during the golf tourney today. While talking about Knost they mentioned the coach and said SMU would be a major player immediately in the NCAAs.
