When looking for a new coach, most schools scan other schools for a coach who wants to move to another job, or perhaps for a promising assistant coach. For the leader of its women's golf team, SMU found Jeanne Sutherland at a golf club in Colorado. Sutherland visited with PonyFans.com to discuss what brought her to SMU, the first challenges she'll take on and her expectations for the future of the Mustangs' program.
