A bit of a slow start to the half for SMU. Tulsa has had a couple of nice opportunities, but Webb has come up with a big save and has been in total control of her box on some through balls.

Houston up 1-0 on Rice in the 25th minute in what amounts to a play-in game for the 8 seed to be served up to Memphis.

It's hard to root for Houston but it would be hilarious if Rice missed the conference tournament after they were so cocky beating us and then getting some national attention with their inflated RPI for much of the season.

Neither team has done a whole lot in the second half yet, but Tulsa's chances have certainly been better.

Eidson picks up a yellow for a sweet hard tackle. It was just off camera and the announcers said it was Baum and it was definitely more in Baum territory. (either way it's cool)

Looks like we are trying to sit on it and we are getting caught having to foul. Most of the fouls in our end have been pretty far out though.

To be fair we have also been pretty aggressive on the offensive end and quite a few fouls are on offense too (and deserved).

Good point though. Fouls are now at 16-7 SMU.

Yeah - it will be interesting to see the final stats once they get it completed.

The last couple of minutes were pretty scary. Tulsa had four or five straight throw-ins and a corner all deep in our end, but we were able to keep the ball out of trouble and Webb came up with a nice save right at the end.
