i was just thinking about this. why not start at home? i don't mean this to come out the wrong way, but i would imagine a lot of SMU alums have domestic help. offer your housekeeper tickets to take her kids, grandkids, familia, etc.

Hispanic community is full of ways to market towards it and is my favorite demo to market. A very loyal consumer that still knows the meaning of word of mouth

SMU had, and may still have a Club team that plays in the Dallas rec league. I played on it and we were very good. Give that team 20 tickets to had out every week before a home game.

Well. It all started about 47 years ago when his mother met his father....

Was this when JJ was hired? I remember a Spanish teacher frequently posting controversial letters in the DC during my time there.

There are many professors on campus who seem to despise sports.

I would think Dutch's idea of marketing to the Hispanic community would be easy and successful. I would think you could pitch it to local youth soccer associations. I watched some of the Dynamo-Galaxy game and if you looked at the crowd, the majority was Hispanic. I would think the offer could be advertised at any sports store that sells soccer gear. This, too, could be offered at other local colleges that don't have a soccer team. Sine SMU's men team has been to post season play for several years, I could see local soccer players wanting to go watch a college game.
