9 under after 8. 3 shots out of the lead.

Shot 3 under on the front to get to 9 under for the tournament. Still 3 shots out of the lead. The leader coming into the final round has melted down and is 3 over for the day. But several other guys are shooting lights out and looks like a heck of a finish is coming up. Hopefully Colt can put together a great back nine.

Birdied 11, bogeyed 12, birdied 13. 10 under thru 13 and 3 off the lead. In 6th place.

Birdied #15. 5 under for the day and 11 under for the tournament. In 4th place right now. Playing number 16

One player shot an 8 under 63 and finished 13 under. Colt needs to shoot at least 2 under the rest of the way in to tie him. The current leader is 7 under for the day and 14 under for the tournament and he is playing number 13. Still a ways to go. Colt is 3 out of the lead right now.

Finished at 11 under. Best possible is 2nd place. Will be a great payday for Colt.

coming up a little short but still a strong weekend finish and a healthy paycheck from this event.

Came in tied for 3rd. 2 shots out of first.

Fourth round will be on the Golf Channel from 6-8:30 tonight. Colt should get some air time on it. Hopefully a mention of SMU somewhere along the line.

Colt is now 87th on the money list with $297,686. He is currently 4 under par with 8 holes to play in the second round of the Houston Open. The projected cut is -1 so he should make it unless he falls apart. It has a pretty strong field as well.
