SMU won 1-0!

Brenden Lee tucked away a nice cross from Tyler Engel on a play started by Damian Rosales early in the second half.

It was a wild one - Tulsa had tons of chances and SMU even had to save one off the line in the closing minutes.

Great crowd tonight - including SMU cheerleaders!

nice job by the "Stangs. I'd say that is making the most of your opportunities...only 2 shots on goal?

Yeah - as Tim addressed in his interview the team is certainly trying to generate more shots, but are happy with the fact the shots we are generating tend to be really good ones.

The amount of shots we are giving up is still a fair concern - Tulsa had some golden (no pun intended) opportunities but just missed, but as long as the team keeps growing and the wins keep coming everything will hopefully take care of itself as the season rolls along.
