Burger at 1st and 10 on Saturday was good. Game atmosphere too. Should have steered clear of the onion "rings" though.

No, just not really rings. I like the things that fall apart when you bite them and you end up with a slimy piece of onion hanging off your chin and an empty ring of batter in your hand. Yours are more like onion strings, not my fave. Cold beer and the frequency in which the pitchers kept showing up more than made up for it though.

glad to hear we made up for it.

yes, they're more like strings. not unlike Chips' Hamburgers.

the "rings" are very difficult to be consistent with, and there's a lot of waste for places like us that don't buy premade frozen product and just flash fry.

we make everything from scratch, and hopefully that translates to better end product and happier customers!

Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad or anything, and the fact that they were all gone when my basket got pickep up is testament to that, just not what I expected when I ordered rings and I do prefer the batter fried slices. But I understand your delimma. Maybe a tweak to the menu language to be more clear is in order. I've always gotten the crispy cottage fries before and will go back to them now.
