If ever in Columbia or Charleston SC and want to try something a little different in a burger, this is a good place:

That sounds really good.
I guess for me, it'd be a thick patty -- I really like the flavor of grassfed beef -- cooked medium rare. Unlike PonyPride, I like good stinky cheese. So maybe a semisoft cheese of some sort -- even Brie would work. I'd add sprouts and maybe some pickled, sweet red onion. Maybe add some strong hot German mustard. No bun for me, so wrap in romaine lettuce.

Verde Burger (green chiles, guacamole, and pepper jack) with bacon added for lunch today at Twisted Root. Outstanding.

Sorry. Can't allow guacamole on a burger
(although I did enjoy Twisted Root last time through Dallas).

maybe it was just 4 hours at the beach or 4 beers afterwards, but enjoyed the "Carolina" burger at Morgan Creek Grille at Isle of Palms, SC yesterday. Cole slaw, BBQ sauce and fried onion rings made for a great tasting burger.

I'm hungry and I want a burger -- a good burger. But I'm visiting Albuquerque. Anyone have any suggestions?
