sounds like the old adage of 2 guys come to the table. one with experience and one with money. the one who came with experience leaves with the money, the one that brought the money will leave with experience.

94, not knowing exactly what you do, I was wondering if you were involved with any of the several developments down 71 towards Llano? Sure seems to be a lot of sites being developed. I am sure you do not care to discuss it here so a yes or no would suffice if appropriate. Thanks.

I worked with developing some in Georgetown several years ago. I was primarily in charge of getting the money and had real developers doing the heavy lifting. I did, however, get to name streets like I know you have in the past.

Yeah, look for Adair Bluff. As soon as the street signs went in she dumped me.
