And from the libations I consumed back in the day at Boardwalk, I'm surprised I remember it was ever even there.

I guess I dont understand there is nothing harmful or illegal about it. Maybe some people are just set in their ways which is what propagates all the hate and intolerance we see.

Can you move this to the tranny wars thread?

I'll realign with best beans. Even though Glorias isn't true Mexican or texmex, they have the best black bean dip and the caldo de gallo is one of the best hangover cures I've found.

most caldo de res I've had/seen is like mexican-flavored beef stew

de gallo would be rooster. it is usually used in soups because [deleted] meat is tougher and needs to be stewed until tender. the caldo at Gloria's is a light chicken broth. not the real heavy stuff like you find in menudo.
